SHE’S UNSTOPPABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In consideration of Robbins Research International, Inc. (“RRI” or “Sponsor”) allowing me to participate in the She’s Unstoppable 2025 Summit (herein after the “Summit”) I agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
I. General Release
In consideration of my participation in the Summit, I hereby generally release Bonnie Pearl “Sage” Robbins, Anthony Robbins, RRI, their agents, employees, assistants and co-sponsors, from any liability whatsoever related to my participation in the Summit. I execute this release with the express intention of effecting the legal consequences provided by Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, that is, the release of all liability associated with the Summit. I hereby state that I have read and understand the following statutory language of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code:
A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.
Having been so apprised, I hereby elect to and do assume the risk for claims, which I do not know of or suspect to exist in my favor at the time of signing this agreement, and this agreement contemplates the release of any such claim.
I understand that this is a virtual event to be experienced over the internet and I am fully responsible for all internet charges and connections which are required to participate in this seminar. RRI is not responsible for any computer failures, problems or errors, connection speed, interruptions of service or any technical or mechanical malfunctions, or any other malfunctions, whether caused by computer, servers, telephone, cable or satellites, human error, programming, equipment or otherwise related to the attempted entry into and participation during the seminar. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or link affiliated with this seminar, by myself or whoever accesses the virtual seminar through my IP address, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this seminar is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and if such attempt should be made, RRI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any individual from participation in this seminar it finds to be tampering with the online operation of the seminar or to be acting in violation of these terms or in any unsportsmanlike, immoral, or disruptive manner, as well as seek damages or any other remedy available to it to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of California and all disputes which occur regarding this document shall be resolved in accordance therewith. This document represents the complete understanding of the parties and no modification of its terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding any aspect of the releases contained herein, and by signing below, do acknowledge that I have carefully and completely read and fully understand all aspects of the releases and agree to these terms in their entirety. By participation in or attending the virtual Summit, I, on behalf of myself and any and all other members of the household watching with me or through my IP address (collectively the Viewing Party”), expressly agree not to record by audio, video, photography or any other means, any portion of this Summit, nor will the Viewing Party publish, post on the internet or otherwise make publicly available, including without limitation on any social media site, any photography or recording (audio or video) of any portion of this Summit. The Viewing Party hereby assigns, convey and transfer all right, title and interest including any copyright interest therein, in and to any photography or recordings the Viewing Party might improperly make during this Summit to RRI and RRI shall be the sole and exclusive owner of any such photography or recordings. The Viewing party also understands that all physical, written and/or electronic materials provided by RRI (whether via streaming, digital download or any other method) in connection with this Summit are protected by the copyright laws, and the Viewing Party agrees not to use it in any form after this Summit, other than for the Viewing Party’s personal use.
In the event of any dispute, claim or cause of action arising from or connected with my attendance at this Summit, I and the Viewing Party (for this Paragraph, collectively “I”) agree to resolve any such dispute by binding arbitration pursuant to the terms hereof, and I further agree that the substantive law of the State of California shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree that the exclusive manner of resolving any and all disputes between them of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to disputes regarding validity, interpretation, enforcement or claimed breach of this agreement, shall be by MANDATORY BINDING CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION. Arbitration shall be administered by JAMS under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (“JAMS Rules” available at http://www.jamsadr.com/) in Los Angeles, applying California law, and the arbitration will be heard and decided by one neutral arbitrator (“Arbitrator”) selected by mutual agreement or JAMS Rules. The parties have the right to conduct discovery in accordance with either California Code of Civil Procedure §1283.05 et seq. Whether a dispute is subject to Arbitration and issues regarding jurisdiction and enforceability of this agreement shall be determined solely by the Arbitrator and not by any court. The Arbitrator may impose any and all legal and equitable remedies that would be available to any Party before any governmental dispute resolution forum or court of competent jurisdiction. Any papers required to be delivered or served in connection with Arbitration may be sent via email and certified mail. The Arbitrator shall issue a written opinion containing his/her factual and legal reasoning. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, THE PARTIES ARE GIVING UP ANY RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JUDGE OR JURY REGARDING MATTERS REQUIRED TO BE ARBITRATED. THE PARTIES UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THERE IS NO RIGHT TO AN APPEAL OR A REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATOR’S AWARD AS THERE WOULD BE OF A JUDGE OR JURY’S DECISION.
II. Video, Photographic and Audio Reproduction Consent & Release
a. During this Summit, video images, movies, photographs and audio recordings will be made by RRI, their agents or authorized independent contractors.
b. As a result of my participation in this Summit, I and the Viewing Party may be included in any such video, movie, photographic or audio reproduction.
c. Any and all of said reproductions are the exclusive property of RRI and RRI is the exclusive copyright owner. I and the Viewing Party shall have no claim, right or interest to any of these reproductions and my sign on to and viewing/participating to the Summit hereto grants permission to RRI to use any of said reproductions in any manner, including, but not limited to, promotional materials and commercial purposes, and RRI may assign any and all such uses to any third party it desires at any time.
d. All video, audio, photographic and written material purchased by or provided to me during this Summit is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries.
e. I and the Viewing Party agree to hold Bonnie Pearl “Sage” Robbins, Anthony Robbins, RRI, their agents and assigns harmless from any liability which may occur from blurring, optical illusion, alteration, etc. or from any past, present, or future celebrity status.
III. Voluntary Release, Use of Proprietary Material
a. Voluntary Release. By my sign on to and viewing/participating to the Summit, I acknowledge and represent that I have been informed that Summit may include physically and mentally demanding and stressful activities. I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of engaging in these activities and that there are no medical or psychological conditions currently afflicting me or which I have experienced in the past that would, if disclosed, cause RRI to deny my participation in this Summit. I certify that I am not currently under the care of any health care professional, or if I am under the care of a health care professional I have reviewed the emotional intensity, long hours and stressful demands of this program with my health care professional and have received their approval to attend this program and participate in full with no limitations whatsoever.
I and the Viewing Party acknowledge and fully understand that the demanding and stressful activities included in this Summit may cause us to suffer serious physical injury, emotional distress, mental damage or death.
I and the Viewing Party do hereby hold harmless and forever release Bonnie Pearl “Sage” Robbins, Anthony Robbins, RRI, the host facility, assistants, employees and/or co-sponsors from any liability whatsoever in the event that I sustain any physical injury, mental damage or death as a result of my decision to participate in any activities of this Summit.
b. Use of Proprietary Material. It is understood and agreed by the Participant that it is the established policy of RRI that participation in this Summit does not grant any authority i) to use the RRI name or its logos, ii) to use the Summit material in seminars or any public or commercial capacity, iii) to sell RRI products or materials, or iv) to in any way represent RRI or Bonnie Pearl “Sage” Robbins, Anthony Robbins without prior written consent of RRI. Violation of any of these requirements will result in an immediate action to protect proprietary materials.
IV. Daily Competitions, Prizes & Grand Prize
a. Daily Competitions (August 20-22, 2025). Each day during the Summit, all eligible participants can compete for daily prizes, ranging in value from $97 USD or greater (collectively, the “Competition”). More details about the Daily Competitions, including how to participate, the prizes and the judging criteria, are stated in this Section IV, below.
b. The Grand Prize. During the Summit, you will also have an opportunity to earn the Grand Prize. More details about the Grand Prize, including how to participate, the prize and the judging criteria, are stated in this Section IV, below.
c. Eligibility. To be eligible to enter this Competition you must be at least 18 years of age. To win any of the physical product prizes (if any are being offered by Sponsor), you must have an address easily shippable from the United States. In order to win any of the Daily Prizes valued over $600 USD or the Grand Prize, you also must be a permanent resident in the United States, or its territories, or residents of Australia, China, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Further, You must also:
- Join the Competition’s Community Facebook Group () in order to win daily or grand prize(s).

Employees, owners, officers and directors of Robbins Research International, Inc. and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or sister companies, suppliers, distributors, promoters, vendors, independent contractors, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, as well as any other companies associated with the promotion of the Competition are not eligible to enter this Competition or win any of the prizes.
To enter the Competition and be eligible for any of the Daily Prizes or Grand Prize, you must, prior to or during the Competition Period, join the She’s Unstoppable Summit 2025 Challenge at the following URL and fill out all the required fields:
- Limit one email address per person for the duration of the Competition period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All posts and entries submitted to the Competition’s Facebook Group become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor, including any and all photos or videos submitted for the Competition, and upon submission, each entrant releases his or her right, title and interest, including, without limitation, any and all intellectual property, copyright, trademark or any other right to the content of the submission, and may be used by Sponsor in any way (including, without limitation, on the Competition web site or other web sites of Sponsor) without any further consent, permission or any compensation to you.
You warrant that you fulfill the eligibility requirement set out herein. If you do not fulfill those requirements, or any other requirements set out in these Terms, any and all of your Competition entries will be void.
Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost, undelivered, undeliverable, computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions of service or any technical or mechanical malfunctions, or any other malfunctions, whether caused by computer, servers, telephone, cable or satellites, human error, programming, equipment or otherwise related to the attempted entry into the Competition.
Proof of submission or sending the submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Incomplete, late or any entries that do not completely follow the directions as provided for each of the Daily Prizes during the Competition will not be eligible to win any of the Daily Prizes or the Grand Prize. Entries must be in the required format and include all required information for the Competition entry to be valid. Entries will be rejected if not fulfilling any of these requirements and timely submitted during the Daily Prize Period. Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify and delete any entries that they deem to be obscene or otherwise not in good taste, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. You agree that each entry, including any and all information and/or materials submitted along with your Competition entry, including but not limited to the submitted photographs, videos and written and electronic communications (together the “Material”) shall be original and must not infringe or violate any law or the legal or equitable right of any person or entity, nor contain material that infringes or violates any personal property rights of others or that constitutes defamation, invasion of privacy, an infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third person, or is otherwise unlawful. All videos submitted must be live and may not be pre-recorded in order to be eligible for consideration of the Daily Prizes or Grand Prize.
Winning Criteria: The Competition is a game of skill based on, but not limited to, creativity, originality and dedication in fully participating in the Competition. No purchase of any upgrade package is necessary to be eligible to win any prizes from the Competition. The likelihood of winning will depend on the quality of all other entries as judged in the Competition, and chance plays no part in determining the winning entries. All winners are selected based on following these Terms and their merits of the quality of their entries, as reviewed and determined solely by the Sponsor Prize Committee. All decisions by the Sponsor Prize Committee are in its sole discretion and are final.
The Competition consists of three daily assignments and activities for you to complete and engage during the Summit. Each Daily Prize challenge is designated to a particular day (Day 1, Day 2… up through Day 3). Therefore, prior to and during the Competition, you should return each subsequent day to receive and complete the challenge designated for that day. In the event you miss a particular day’s challenge you will be able to complete any challenges for subsequent days.
d. The Daily Prizes. The following is a sample of a prize that may be awarded for each day in the Daily Competitions (for each day that is held). Please check these Terms as the daily prizes will be updated up until the time the Competition commences, as some Daily Prizes may be added and deleted, at Our sole discretion:
- Sponsor’s Unleash the Power Within Virtual program ticket (Bronze seating level) (Approx. Retail $395) (Number offered to be determined by Sponsor)
At its sole discretion, Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, also award additional Daily Prizes in addition to that listed above. Any such additional Daily Prizes will be awarded using the same criteria as otherwise provided, herein. The potential winners for each Daily Competition will be notified by the day after each of the Daily Competitions (or as soon as reasonably practicable, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. For example, winners of Day 1 of the Daily Competition will be notified during Day 2 of the Competition, or as soon as reasonably practicable).
The Daily Prizes will be determined by the Sponsor Prize Committee after the completion of each three days of the Competition, based on cumulative completion of the Daily assignments and the dedication and participation throughout the entirety of the Competition, using the same criteria as otherwise provided herein. The Selection of the Grand Prize winner will be determined by Sponsor’s Prize Committee immediately after all Daily Competition winners have been selected and will be notified within 72 hours of the completion of the entire Competition (or as soon as reasonably practicable, in Sponsor’s sole discretion).
e. The Grand Prize. One (1) 5 night trip to the Namale Resort & Spa in Fiji for verified Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize shall be comprised of the following: five (5) nights accommodation at the Namale Resort & Spa at a "Garden Tropical Bure"; food and non-alcoholic beverage package at the Namale Resort & Spa; and ground transportation in Fiji only (not at the origin city). Airfare is not included and is the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize (inclusive of taxes): $5,674 USD. Verified Grand Prize winner may choose an alternate cash prize of $2,500 USD in lieu of the Grand Prize as described above. In the event that the Grand Prize is unable to be awarded as described above, verified Grand Prize winner shall be awarded an alternate cash prize of $2,500 USD, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
f. Additional Terms of the Competition
- The potential winners of any Sponsor Events, where digital/virtual events or live, in-person events as Daily Prizes or Grand Prize must be used no later than August 31, 2026, unless the prize is for a specific event date. Failure of the prize winners to attend the Sponsor events by this time (or attend the specific event date awarded) will result in forfeiture of the prize and no further obligation by Sponsor to the Prize winners. Winners and their guest must sign any and all forms as required by Sponsor to redeem the prizes, and must cooperate with Sponsor in providing information needed by Sponsor to enable Sponsor to register the winners and their guest into the Sponsor events. The prizes are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. If any in-person events are offered as part of the Competition, each Prize winner shall be responsible for any and all other costs to attend the Sponsor events (other than admission to the event), including without limitation, meals, local travel, airfare to the Sponsor events, baggage fees, hotel accommodations or other incidental airline fees. Sponsor shall have the sole right to cancel or change any scheduled dates for the Sponsor events. If such cancellation or rescheduling occurs after winners have registered for the Sponsor event, winner shall be given an opportunity to enroll in another Sponsor event (to be held in the continental United States prior to December 31, 2026) or an alternative prize of comparable value, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- All potential winners who may win a Prize of $600 USD or greater in value and a resident of the United States or its territories must also sign IRS Form W-9 before receiving their Prize so that the value of the prize can be correctly reported to the U.S Internal Revenue Service for income tax purposes. The potential winners must also sign any requested, form of Declaration of Compliance and Release which confirms compliance with these official Competition rules and eligibility and releases Sponsor and its affiliated companies, agencies, competition prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents (collectively, the “Competition Group”) from all liability with respect to the potential winner’s participation in this Competition and the awarding and use of the Prizes. Potential winner shall be required to furnish proof of identification and residence as part of the verification process of eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be located or does not respond within five (5) days of notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits the Prizes and Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, select the entrant with the next eligible potential winner, whom Sponsor will attempt to contact, and who will be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to notify any potential winner.
- For each Daily Prizes and Grand Prize, the prizes must be accepted by the winners as awarded, cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged, or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Competition or from awarding any Prizes after the potential winners have been selected, and/or the feasibility of the Competition (or awarded Prize) is undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, earthquake, act of God, war or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, or any other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, then Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, cancel or otherwise terminate the Competition or the Prize without further obligation. In such event of any such occurrence as immediately described above, Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to award prizes from eligible entries received until such event or occurrence, or to award other comparable prizes to the winners, if the winners already have been selected. In the event that the Prizes, or any part of them, become unavailable beyond the control of Sponsor, then Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any applicable taxes on the Prizes, and any other costs not expressly included in the description of the Prize herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. For example, the Grand Prize winners also will be responsible for paying income taxes, any sales tax, transportation, and other charges related to accepting the Grand Prize(s). Participation in the Prize is subject to the Terms of Sponsor, and any other service providers or prize suppliers associated with the Competition. Additionally, any and all winners and guests (where applicable) agree to cooperate with Sponsor as requested for any advertising or promotional purposes, without any additional compensation.
- Except where prohibited, entry in the Competition and any winners constitutes your express consent and permission for Sponsor to use your name, likeness, statements, biographical information, photo (in whole or in part) and any other information provided by you for the purposes of conducting this Competition and for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Sponsor, its business, its products and services, in any media and in any manner whatsoever throughout the world, without limitation or restriction and without compensation, any additional notice or consent, in perpetuity. All personal information collected will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy which is available at https://www.tonyrobbins.com/privacy-policy/. You also waive absolutely any claims you may have related to defamation, libel, slander, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, trademark violation, copyright, moral rights, or any broadly equivalent rights anywhere in the world, in the Materials (or, if it is not possible to waive your moral or equivalent rights in the jurisdiction in which you reside, you consent to Sponsor doing anything that would be authorized under applicable laws).
- The Participants, potential winners and winners and guests release and hold harmless Sponsor, its employees, owners, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or sister companies, suppliers, distributors, promoters, vendors and independent contractors, from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, damage of any kind arising form or related to this Competition or any prize won. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
- Please ensure your contact information is up to date and maintained throughout the Competition. If you are judged to be a potential winner and cannot be reached for notification due to your not providing accurate contact information, you will be dropped as the potential winner with the next highest judged competitor taking your place, without any liability to Sponsor.
- CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website affiliated with this Competition, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and if such attempt should be made, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike, immoral, or disruptive manner, as well as seek damages or any other remedy available to it by law to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Sponsor does not warrant that entry in, access to or use of the Competition or the Competition web site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer guarantees or any other implied warranties under any legislation. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sponsor (including its officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for, not accept any liability for:
•Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you or otherwise;
•Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, slow down, interruptions, or disconnections in phone networks or lines or computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or hardware or software connected to or related to the Competition or Competition web site, howsoever caused;
•Failure of any email or transmission to be received by Sponsor for any reason whatsoever;
•Typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Competition, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Terms, the selection and announcement of the winner, or the distribution of the Prizes;
•The conduct of Sponsor and other companies that are involved in delivering the prizes to the winners; or
•Any combination thereof.
- Sponsor reserves the right, without any liability to you, to interpret these Terms and, if necessary, to amend these Terms at any time or cancel, terminate, modify (including without limitation, modifying the Prizes), or suspend the Competition for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to if an event beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor affects the proper conduct or administration of the Competition or prevents the awarding of the Prizes in accordance with these Terms. Sponsor’s interpretation of these Terms are final and at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
- These Terms set out the entire agreement and understanding between you and Us with respect to the subject matter herein.
- These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California.
- Facebook and YouTube: This Competition, hosted by Sponsor is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or YouTube or any of their parent companies, affiliates or subsidiaries.
This Competition is void where prohibited.

By participation in or attending the virtual Summit, I, on behalf of myself and any and all other members of the household watching with me or through my IP address (collectively the Viewing Party”), expressly agree not to record by audio, video, photography or any other means, any portion of this Summit, nor will the Viewing Party publish, post on the internet or otherwise make publicly available, including without limitation on any social media site, any photography or recording (audio or video) of any portion of this Summit. The Viewing Party hereby assigns, convey and transfer all right, title and interest including any copyright interest therein, in and to any photography or recordings the Viewing Party might improperly make during this Summit to RRI and RRI shall be the sole and exclusive owner of any such photography or recordings. The Viewing party also understands that all physical, written and/or electronic materials provided by RRI (whether via streaming, digital download or any other method) in connection with this Summit are protected by the copyright laws, and the Viewing Party agrees not to use it in any form after this Summit, other than for the Viewing Party’s personal use.
In the event of any dispute, claim or cause of action arising from or connected with my attendance at this Summit, I and the Viewing Party (for this Paragraph, collectively “I”) agree to resolve any such dispute by binding arbitration pursuant to the terms hereof, and I further agree that the substantive law of the State of California shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree that the exclusive manner of resolving any and all disputes between them of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to disputes regarding validity, interpretation, enforcement or claimed breach of this agreement, shall be by MANDATORY BINDING CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION. Arbitration shall be administered by JAMS under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (“JAMS Rules” available at http://www.jamsadr.com/) in Los Angeles, applying California law, and the arbitration will be heard and decided by one neutral arbitrator (“Arbitrator”) selected by mutual agreement or JAMS Rules. The parties have the right to conduct discovery in accordance with either California Code of Civil Procedure §1283.05 et seq. Whether a dispute is subject to Arbitration and issues regarding jurisdiction and enforceability of this agreement shall be determined solely by the Arbitrator and not by any court. The Arbitrator may impose any and all legal and equitable remedies that would be available to any Party before any governmental dispute resolution forum or court of competent jurisdiction. Any papers required to be delivered or served in connection with Arbitration may be sent via email and certified mail. The Arbitrator shall issue a written opinion containing his/her factual and legal reasoning. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, THE PARTIES ARE GIVING UP ANY RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JUDGE OR JURY REGARDING MATTERS REQUIRED TO BE ARBITRATED. THE PARTIES UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THERE IS NO RIGHT TO AN APPEAL OR A REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATOR’S AWARD AS THERE WOULD BE OF A JUDGE OR JURY’S DECISION.

Video, Photographic and Audio Reproduction Consent & Release
- During this Summit, video images, movies, photographs and audio recordings will be made by RRI, their agents or authorized independent contractors.
- As a result of my participation in this Summit, I and the Viewing Party may be included in any such video, movie, photographic or audio reproduction.
- Any and all of said reproductions are the exclusive property of RRI and RRI is the exclusive copyright owner. I and the Viewing Party shall have no claim, right or interest to any of these reproductions and my sign on to and viewing/participating to the Summit hereto grants permission to RRI to use any of said reproductions in any manner, including, but not limited to, promotional materials and commercial purposes, and RRI may assign any and all such uses to any third party it desires at any time.
- All video, audio, photographic and written material purchased by or provided to me during this Summit is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries.
- I and the Viewing Party agree to hold Bonnie Pearl “Sage” Robbins, Anthony Robbins, RRI, their agents and assigns harmless from any liability which may occur from blurring, optical illusion, alteration, etc. or from any past, present, or future celebrity status.

Voluntary Release, Use of Proprietary Material
- Voluntary Release. By my sign on to and viewing/participating to the Summit, I acknowledge and represent that I have been informed that Summit may include physically and mentally demanding and stressful activities. I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of engaging in these activities and that there are no medical or psychological conditions currently afflicting me or which I have experienced in the past that would, if disclosed, cause RRI to deny my participation in this Summit. I certify that I am not currently under the care of any health care professional, or if I am under the care of a health care professional I have reviewed the emotional intensity, long hours and stressful demands of this program with my health care professional and have received their approval to attend this program and participate in full with no limitations whatsoever. I and the Viewing Party acknowledge and fully understand that the demanding and stressful activities included in this Summit may cause us to suffer serious physical injury, emotional distress, mental damage or death. I and the Viewing Party do hereby hold harmless and forever release Bonnie Pearl “Sage” Robbins, Anthony Robbins, RRI, the host facility, assistants, employees and/or co-sponsors from any liability whatsoever in the event that I sustain any physical injury, mental damage or death as a result of my decision to participate in any activities of this Summit.
- Use of Proprietary Material. It is understood and agreed by the Participant that it is the established policy of RRI that participation in this Summit does not grant any authority i) to use the RRI name or its logos, ii) to use the Summit material in seminars or any public or commercial capacity, iii) to sell RRI products or materials, or iv) to in any way represent RRI or Bonnie Pearl “Sage” Robbins, Anthony Robbins without prior written consent of RRI. Violation of any of these requirements will result in an immediate action to protect proprietary materials.
